Whether you are currently working, between jobs or re-entering the job market, we are equipped to support you in your job search.

Our programs are generic which can be adapted upon request to meet an inpidual's specific circumstance and are generally structured as follows:

The Signature Program

A four-week program designed to accommodate students and people not in the workforce, or returning to the workforce, who are seeking limited assistance. This program is mostly in a workshop format and embraces a base resume, one page career summary, cover letter, direct approach letter, all handouts and one personal career coaching session. Marketing and interview skills are covered in the workshop.

The Career Essentials Program

A four week program (4 × one hour inpidual meetings) and includes all of the Signature Program but is handled on an inpidual basis.

The Manager Program

An eight-week program (8 × one hour inpidual meetings) it includes all of The Career Essentials Program plus a personalised, simulated interview with a different consultant and a personality profile and report. An additional four weeks also provides an opportunity for extended career coaching and marketing.

The Senior Manager Program

A twelve-week program (12 × one hour inpidual meetings) and includes all of the Manager Program with an additional four weeks mentoring and provides up to six months support and access to professional research staff experienced in the recruitment industry.

The Executive Program

A six-month program (24 × one hour inpidual meetings) it includes all of the Manager Program with an additional twelve weeks mentoring and provides up to twelve months support and access to professional research staff experienced in the recruitment industry.
