Garry King – Director
B.E. (Chem. Eng.) MBA GAIDC

For fourteen years Garry worked with ICI Australia Operations Pty Ltd in a range of senior operational and technical management roles.  He then worked with Reckitt & Colman as Operations Manager of the Pharmaceutical facility in Sydney.  In 1995 Garry joined a leading recruitment consultancy as Senior Consultant and Team Leader of recruitment consultants focused on the engineering and operations sectors.

In March 1997 Garry established Kingscroft Consulting Pty Ltd. specialising in Executive and Technical Recruitment. Throughout his career, Garry has had hands on roles in leading cultural and organizational change in the work place.

Libby Lovell – Senior Consultant

Libby has over 15 years' experience in the Healthcare Industry - in Aged Care and the Public and Private Hospital systems.  Her skills range from Human Resources Management, Clinical Learning & Development Co-ordination, Curriculums Development and Accreditation Management to recruitment in temporary, permanent and contractual positions, globally and within Australia.  Libby has an excellent understanding of the different levels and positions available to clinical staff and allied professionals.
