Garry King – Director
B.E. (Chem. Eng.) MBA GAIDC

For fourteen years Garry worked with ICI Australia Operations Pty Ltd in a range of senior operational and technical management roles.  He then worked with Reckitt & Colman as Operations Manager of the Pharmaceutical facility in Sydney.  In 1995 Garry joined a leading recruitment consultancy as Senior Consultant and Team Leader of recruitment consultants focused on the engineering and operations sectors.

In March 1997 Garry established Kingscroft Consulting Pty Ltd. specialising in Executive and Technical Recruitment. Throughout his career, Garry has had hands on roles in leading cultural and organizational change in the work place.

Kate Smeaton
Dip. Business & Practice Management (UNE)

Kate Smeaton has 20 years experience in the Healthcare industry in management roles.  Metropolitan and regional management, combined with education and training, have provided strong core values which have lead to the ability to source excellent committed staff.  During the last 10 years Kate developed her management skills within allied health, has worked in the private and public hospital systems and has established herself as a consultant to general practice, evaluating and assisting practices to maintain their RACGP standards.  Kate believes that a career in Healthcare is vocational and placement of the right person is integral to the success and growth of your healthcare business.

Gary Miller
Civil Engineer (Dip Tech)

Gary contributes to Kingscroft's service a breadth of career experiences, including Sales Management with CSR, Business Development gained at Stramit and Divisional Management with Masterton Homes.  His earlier career successes were gained in Corporate Procurement (ICI Australia/Orica) and Construction Project Management (CBI Construction).

Cameron Black
Cameron has over 17 years recruitment experience in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics and Operations sectors.  He has enjoyed success as a senior recruiter with high profile recruitment companies and recruits middle to senior roles across several different industries, including FMCG, Building Products, Print and Petrochemical.
