Interim Executives

A previous article “Hidden Unemployment – Hidden Treasure” indicated that at this time there is a lot of talent between roles. It is not unusual for a Senior Executive to take as much as 12 months to secure their next full time role. There is also a trend for Senior Executives not wishing to return to “permanent roles” but preferring to take on assignment based or interim work.

At Kingscroft we are often approached by Directors, CFOs, Project Directors, EGMs and General Managers as well as specialists/experts in Risk, Engineering and Supply Chain seeking interim assignments in Australia and overseas. They come out of the Infrastructure, Engineering Services, Industrial Services, Resources, Transport, Road, Rail, Aged Care, Health, Manufacturing and Supply Chain sectors.

The flexibility, skills and experience that these people possess represents significant value to organisations: which are struggling to fill vacant positions; require complex business issues to be addressed; or just need someone to step in and hold things together during a period of change. Often having held more senior or broader roles, Senior Executives bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table that can be leveraged without commitment to ongoing employment or ongoing and expensive engagement of management consultancies.

Kingscroft is positioned to both source and place Interim Executives through our own networks and those of NPA worldwide  a global cooperative of over 400 independently owned and operated recruitment organisations.
